By booking and attending classes at Yoga for Mortals, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Payments

All class bookings are managed through Momoyoga and are subject to availability.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between individuals.

Cancellation Policy

Classes may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will be treated as a late cancellation and the class credit will be forfeited.

Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling (a "no-show") will result in the loss of the class credit or session.

Class packs and memberships are non-refundable except where required by law.

Health & Participation

Yoga is a physical activity and participation is undertaken at your own risk.

Students are responsible for informing the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect their ability to participate safely.

You should consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme if you have concerns regarding your health.

Always practise within your own limits and modify or rest when needed.

Children & Young People

Children are welcome to attend Hatha Yoga classes when accompanied by a parent or guardian unless otherwise stated for a specific class or event. The parent or guardian remains responsible for the child's safety and conduct at all times.

Studio Etiquette

Please arrive a few minutes before class begins.

Mobile phones should be silenced during classes. No filming during class to respect the privacy of other students.

Respect the space, fellow students and teachers to help maintain a calm and welcoming environment.

Yoga for Mortals reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

Personal Belongings

Personal belongings are brought into the studio at the owner's risk.

Yoga for Mortals accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

Studio Hire

The studio is available for private hire subject to separate studio hire terms and conditions.

Hire periods, rates, cancellations and responsibilities will be agreed prior to booking.

Changes & Updates

Yoga for Mortals reserves the right to amend class schedules, teachers, prices and policies where necessary.
